Dunbar/Antico Plan out of the Strike

Text below or just watch the video!  :)

Elect Maya Gilbert-Dunbar and Peter Antico...

Maya Gilbert-Dunbar and Peter Antico  believe the best way to settle this strike is to bring in professional mediators which the DGA practices in all negotiations.  Their historical track record speaks for itself.  Please educate yourselves by looking at the mediator panel moderated by attorney Jonathan Handel.  The union needs negotiators, mediators, and consultants who are highly educated. Mr. Handel would be a great consultant for complex mathematical residual formulas.  He has a degree in Math Theory and Computer Science from Harvard.  We are leaving 250 million in uncollected residuals on the table yearly.  As Secretary Treasurer, Peter Antico is committed to collecting those residuals. All parties should agree with collecting monies owed to us.

The attorney responsible for creating the panel and current secretary of the Beverly Hills bar, Randi Bandman, has yielded billions of dollars in recoveries.  Notable cases include the AOL Time Warner, Inc. merger ($629 million), In re Enron Corp. Sec. Litig. ($7.2 billion), Private Equity litigation (Dahl v. Bain Cap. Partners, LLC) ($590.5 million), In re WorldCom Sec. Litig. ($657 million), and In re Facebook Biometric Info. Privacy Litig. ($650 million). Bandman represented plaintiffs in the Foreign Exchange Litigation which alleged collusion in the $5.3 trillion a day foreign exchange market in which billions of dollars were recouped.  Bandman was also part of the case involving high-speed traders explained in a recent Michael Lewis book. Bandman was instrumental in a landmark settlement with the tobacco companies for $12.5 billion.

When elected, Maya Gilbert-Dunbar and Peter Antico will end this strike using the implementation of professional seen in the above video in addition to lobbying Washington and Governor Newsom in California.  California has one of the largest economies in the US and our strike jeopardizes its well being. We are no longer negotiating against studios.  We are negotiating against vertical corporations/technocracies. Monopolies.

There is no separation of powers.  We must petition congress to break apart Technology/entertainment monopolies who lobbied to have the Paramount Decrees rescinded in May of 2020. Antitrust laws have been violated. Google, Apple, Meta and Amazon are not studios.  They are Big Tech.  They fund & create content, distribute and exhibit that content to companies they own at the price they fix. Do you think it matters the percentage of streaming residuals we negotiate when the price is fixed? Hello?
We must reinstate the Paramount Decrees.  The Decrees do not permit monopolistic practices in the studio system. They mandate a separation of powers.
